A dedicated, in-person strategy day focused entirely on your business.
This is protected time to step away from day-to-day tasks and work on the business rather than in it. We’ll take a deep look at your brand, product offering, positioning, priorities and challenges, and set clear direction for the months ahead.
This day forms the strategic foundation for the entire programme.
Personalised Action Plan
Following the strategy day, you’ll receive a detailed, tailored action plan to guide the 12 weeks ahead.
Three Follow-Up Strategy Calls
Regular check-in calls spaced across the programme to review progress, refine decisions and keep everything moving forward.
One-to-One Support
Personal, ongoing support with direct access to me via WhatsApp for the full 12 weeks, so you can sense-check ideas, ask questions and make decisions with confidence as things come up.
Support Across Product & Brand
Practical input across product development, brand positioning and launch or growth decisions, focused on what will have the greatest impact at each stage.

How It Works
We begin with a deep, strategic discovery call. This is dedicated time to step out of the everyday running of your business and work on it instead. We’ll look at where you are, where you want to go, and what really needs your focus over the next 12 weeks.
From there, I’ll create a clear action plan to guide the programme. Over the 12 weeks, we’ll check in regularly through scheduled strategy calls, reviewing progress, sense-checking decisions and adjusting direction as things evolve. If you would like to have an in-person strategy day, this can also be arranged. (Location dependent)
Throughout the entire programme, you’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp. This allows for quick questions, idea sense-checks and guidance as things come up, so you’re not left second-guessing decisions or waiting weeks for support.

Before You Start
How long does The Brand Incubator last?
The Brand Incubator runs over 12 weeks. This timeframe allows space for proper thinking, implementation and refinement, rather than rushing decisions or trying to do everything at once.
How are the calls structured?
You’ll have an initial in-depth discovery call, followed by three strategy calls spaced across the 12 weeks. These check-ins allow time to take action between calls and come back with real progress to review.
Is the support really one-to-one?
Yes. Throughout the full 12 weeks, you’ll have direct, personal access to me via WhatsApp. This is a high-touch service designed to feel supportive, responsive and genuinely collaborative.
Is this about rebranding everything from scratch?
Not necessarily. Sometimes it’s about refining and strengthening what’s already there, rather than starting again. We’ll focus on what will have the biggest impact for your business. It might be refining your messaging, tightening product ranges or something completely different. It’s your business, I’ll just help you to optimise it.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
Some clients move into ongoing bespoke brand support once the programme ends, while others take what they’ve built and continue independently. There’s no pressure either way, but ongoing support is available if it feels right.
How much time will I need to commit?
You’ll get the most out of The Brand Incubator if you’re able to actively work through the action plan between calls. The structure is designed to support a real business, not overwhelm it.
