How It Works
We begin with a full in-person strategy day at a luxury hotel in the Midlands. It's a full day to step outside the business and work on it, not in it. Lunch and the private space are included, and everything on the day is covered in the price. The only thing you arrange is getting there.
From there we move into three months of monthly one-to-one sessions, with expert input across your brand and product as they come together. You bring the key decisions and the work to our sessions, and I give you honest, experienced direction. Between sessions, you have priority WhatsApp access for the questions and decisions that come up day to day.

Before You Start
How long does Confidently Polished last?
It runs over three months, beginning with your in-person strategy day and continuing with monthly one-to-one sessions and priority WhatsApp support throughout.
Where does the in-person day take place?
At a luxury hotel in the Midlands. The private space and lunch are included, and everything on the day is covered in the price. You arrange your own travel, and you're welcome to stay over at your own cost.
Will you do the design and brand work for me?
No, and this is worth being clear about. I give you expert input and direction, you and your makers do the work. You bring your designs, brand assets and decisions to our sessions and to WhatsApp, and I give you honest, experienced guidance so you make the right calls. You're not doing it alone, but the hands on the work are yours.
Is the support really one-to-one?
Yes. The strategy day, the monthly sessions and the priority WhatsApp access are all personal and direct.
What happens after the programme?
You'll have everything you need to launch with confidence. Some clients stay in touch for occasional support, others take what they've built and continue independently. There's no pressure either way.
How much time will I need to commit?
