We begin with an in depth discovery call where we step back and look at your business as it currently stands. Tell me about your goals & what you would like to achieve from our time together.
From there, I’ll create a focused action plan to help you prioritise what will have the biggest impact right now. Over the following 8 weeks, we’ll check in twice, with calls spaced four weeks apart, to review progress, refine decisions and adjust direction as things develop.
Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll have direct, personal access to me via WhatsApp, so you can sense-check ideas, ask questions and get guidance as things come up, rather than saving everything for calls or second-guessing decisions alone.

Before You Move Forward
How long does The Essentials last?
The Essentials runs over 8 weeks, giving you time to implement changes, review progress and refine decisions, rather than rushing through everything in one session
How are the calls structured?
We'll have an initial 60 minute discovery call, followed by two follow-up calls spaced four weeks apart. This spacing allows you time to put the action plan into practice and come back with real questions and progress to review.
Is the support really one-to-one?
Yes. Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp. This is personal support, not a shared inbox or assistant-led service.
Is this suitable if I already have an established business?
Absolutely. The Essentials is designed for existing jewellery businesses that want clarity, refinement and experienced input to move forward more confidently.
Is this about redesigning everything?
No. The focus is on improving and strengthening what you already have. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and where thoughtful changes can make the biggest difference.
What happens after The Essentials?
Some clients move on to The Brand Incubator or ongoing bespoke brand support once they’ve built momentum. Others take what they’ve learned and continue independently. There’s no pressure either way.
